Nigel has spent the last 15 years with J Sainsbury Ltd working in a variety of roles.  The common link has been driving programmes of continuous improvement and change management.  He is a qualified accountant (ACMA) and an active member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

In parallel he has established himself as a career coach, training with Curly Martin at Achievement Specialists in 2009 and is a licensed Firework Career Coach.  He is also on the freelance register at C2.

He is the founder and owner of Hayes Wood Ltd offering tailored training and coaching for both individuals and business.
